When using Black Feather Online and purchasing our unique, handmade resin items and jewellery, it's important to be aware of the following:

• Custom work can take up to 3 weeks before completion.
• Readings are for guidance only and should not replace personal responsibility. You are responsible for your own decisions.
• The psychic is not liable for any outcomes that may result from your interpretations or choices.
• Psychics may refuse to provide readings on certain topics (medical, legal, etc.) for ethical reasons.
• We may decline to proceed with a reading if the client is under the influence of substances or in an emotionally vulnerable state.
• For physical product refunds, you are responsible for the shipping costs for the return of the product. Refunds are only possible after the product is returned.
• All images of products are the property of black feather online or its associates (black feather crafts/ black feather spiritual) any distribution of such images either for sale or  for other means without prier permission (written consent) is prohibited 
• personalised products, due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if the personalisation matches the information provided in the order.
• We only ship to UK addresses.
